These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Site and your purchase of products from PJL Telecom. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We currently ship only within the United States.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
  • A processing fee may be applied to credit/debit card transactions. This fee is disclosed at checkout prior to payment.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including applicable shipping and fees) to your selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PJL Telecom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Warranties

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. PJL Telecom does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you in initiating a claim.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PJL Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, regardless of the cause of action. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
