Return Policy

At PJL Telecom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
  • If the exchanged item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging, along with a clear description of the issue.
  • Keep all original packaging materials, as they may be required for carrier claims.
  • We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim on your behalf and resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by PJL Telecom are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us for assistance in initiating a warranty claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, used, or are missing original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Software licenses or digital products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Do not return items without an RMA number, as they may be refused.
